Collaborated with graphic designer to develop posters, maps and interpretive panels. Developed a photo management system using Adobe Lightroom to catalog 14,000+ images. Took photographs for press releases and online social media marketing. Reported on Zoo’s state-wide herpetology research.

    Led educational programs and interpretive hikes for children grades K-8. Developed camp curriculum, after-school activities and a Science Olympiad test. Wrote and designed a brochure for the Center’s 40th anniversary celebration.

    Supervised a high school intern as we collected, preserved and identified native insects for the instructional entomology collection and undergraduate research scholarship. Banded and gathered data on song birds for national MAPS banding program.
